Seared scallops with a citrus glaze on a bed of organic greens

Grilled Mahi Mahi, Swordfish or Tuna (depends upon availability)

 With Fresh mango citrus salsa

Baby string beans with caramelized shallots and toasted almonds

Corvina en papillote (in parchment} with julienned vegetables and a citrus beurre blanc

Coconut brown rice medley with caramelized onions and sweet red peppers

Selection of three fine cheeses served with grapes, sliced apples, French bread and crackers


Price is determined per person depending upon menu choices and generally ranging from $65- $125. (additional cost for elaborate menus)  Dinner includes all groceries, set-up and clean-up.  Four person minimum. Additional charge for extra staff for parties of 8 or more.
